Independence Gardens will host its IGrow in Leadership program: Girls Save The World beginning the week of October 7, 2025 and will culminate on April 19 - April 22, 2026 at IGeneration Green Global Youth Summit & EarthX 2026. Summit Tickets include participation in 1 of 6 Activation Prototypes (on a first come basis) and the final pitch presentations on April 22, 2026 for EarthDay. All students will also be participating in the EarthX Rotary Experience Day 1 (and if they are part of the winning Team, EarthX Day 2). This collaborative effort between the students, Rotary Clubs, EarthX, and community partners will provide an engaging, impactful, and purpose driven leadership program with a focus on STEAM. Hosted by Independence Gardens, our overall mission is to provide children in schools access to fresh food through impactful and actionable nutrition education programs. The purpose of this parental/guardian consent form is to obtain permission for your child to appear in any videotapes or photographs that are created for the purposes of Girls Save The World program she will be participating. Photographs and video images of students hosted by the Independence Gardens organization are often taken for the purpose of celebrating student achievement and sharing educational programs with the community. Your child may appear in one or more of these video segments or photographs. Under no circumstances will the Independence Gardens organization release personally identifiable information with such images, other than the child's first name and grade.Please check one of the following choices:

By Registering for this program, I/We GRANT permission for a photo/video image to be taken by Independence Gardens that includes this student to be shared by the Independence Gardens Organization.

By joining this program, you acknowledge that the virtual sessions and/or webinar will be recorded and you agree for your student to be recorded and that the recording may be used for future promotional materials, including on our website, unless you explicitly opt-out by contacting us before the session begins.
